Do payment plans have interest?
We do not charge interest on any payment plans. One of our highly trained agents will work with you to come up with a payment plan that's reasonable.
What counts as a misdemeanor?
A misdemeanor is defined as an offense that is measured with a degree of seriousness that is less than that of a felony. These are usually just minor crimes that will come with a lesser punishment.
What counts as a felony?
A felony is defined as an offense that is measured with a high degree of seriousness. These crimes are major and threaten the safety of the defendant and those around him or her. These crimes come with at least one year in jail and a fine of some sort.
How do I qualify for a bail bond?
We make it our mission to accept as many bail bonds as we can. This means that you will most likely be accepted if you apply for a bail bond.
Do I need to put collateral for a payment plan?
The bail bondsman will determine whether or not you need to have some sort of collateral for your payment plan. The only reason we would need to collect some form of collateral is when the bond is for a lot of money or if your payments are large every month.
What happens if I miss my court date?
If the defendant misses his or her court date, then the court will issue a bench warrant for the defendant. It is important that you take care of this issue as soon as possible to ensure that you are not arrested again and would need to be bailed out a second time. Our agents will provide you with the proper paperwork to turn in to the courts as soon as you contact him or her. The paperwork will basically reschedule your court date to continue the trial.
